In collaboration with the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, the Emory TB Center hosts a monthly “TB Works in Progress” (TB-WIP) conference where investigators present about current TB research and public health initiatives. World TB Day Events

Please join the Emory TB Center for a series of seminars in recognition of World TB Day on March 24th 2022. This event can be attended in-person at Emory Rollins School of Public Health in the Klamon Room or online. For those joining online, please contact Jenna Daniel (jenna.daniel@emory.edu), to access the zoom link. We will begin with an introduction to the Emory TB Center from 8am–9am followed by short talks presented by current Center members and trainees from 9am-10am. Finally, Dr. Matthew Magee will lead a joint Emory/University of Georgia session on “Global Synergies Between Tuberculosis and Diabetes Mellitus,” which will be livestreamed from 4pm-5pm in CNR5001 at Emory RSPH.
