Tuhina Gupta

Tuhina Gupta, PhD is a TB Principal Investigator and a significant contributor in the BTS Core of TRAC. She is an Associate Research Scientist in the Department of Infectious Diseases in the College of Veterinary Medicine at the University of Georgia. Her research interests are in TB vaccine development, animal models to study host-pathogen interactions, and Mtb transmission. Her career is devoted to finding a better cure, vaccine, and diagnostics against mycobacterium tuberculosis bacilli and understanding its transmission mechanism.
