Aniruddh Sarkar
Aniruddh Sarkar, PhD is a TB Collaborating Investigator and a significant contributor to the BTS core of TRAC. He is also an Assistant Professor in the Wallace H. Coulter Department of Biomedical Engineering at Georgia Institute of Technology College of Engineering. His research lab is interested in inventing and translating technology to make high-quality healthcare more accessible and affordable globally. His projects include microfluidic high-sensitivity and high-throughput bioassays for deep characterization of immune responses that can be applied to infectious diseases such as Tuberculosis, and electronic detection and manipulation techniques for various biological objects that can be applied to point-of-care electronic diagnostics for infectious diseases such as TB especially for resource-poor settings.
